From Check-in to Check-out
- STEP1.
- Please come to The Terminal KYOTO.
- Check-in time will be from 3 PM until 6 PM.
Under the regulations of Kyoto, we ask all the members to check-in together
to follow the check-in procedure and complete the payment for the accommodation.
- STEP2.
- Enjoy and experience delicious green tea at Kyo-machiya
- Under the regulations of Kyoto, the staff will go over the General Terms & Conditions
for Accommodation Contract with you in a relaxed environment.
It will take about 15 minutes.
- STEP3.
- Head to the accommodation
- The staff will guide you to the reserved accommodation by taxi.
- STEP4.
- Brief explanation about the accommodation
- The staff will explain about important notes after you arrive at the accommodation.
- STEP5.
- Enjoy your stay at Kyoto to the fullest
- STEP6.
- Getting ready for check-out
- Please let us know your check-out request time by 6 PM of the day before
- through chat on My Page or by contacting us at 075-344-2544.
- Please specify the check-out time between 8AM to 11AM (negotiable).
- STEP7.
- Check-Out
- The guest will check-out at the accommodation.
The staff will visit the accommodation 10 minutes before the check-out time.
We ask you to cooperate checking if there are any damages, etc. in the accommodation.
Check-out will be completed after the staff receives the key.
For Customer
The business hour of our general service counter “The Terminal Kyoto” is from 9 AM to 6 PM.
We have a free baggage custody service until your check-in time so please feel free to ask us.
At The Terminal KYOTO, we provide complementary rental bike services during your stay.

If you would like to know detailed information about the attractions,
let us know beforehand or even during your stay.
Your reservation will be canceled if there is delay in arrival.
Please inform us beforehand.
The accommodation is in the residential area.
Any claims regarding nuisance caused to the neighborhood may result
in customer’s immediate dismissal from the accommodation without reimbursement,
regardless of the reservation period.
