Reservation can be made up to 6 months in advance. We ask you to register as a member when making reservations online. Once registration is completed, you will be able to make a registration online at anytime.

Please ask us about the accommodation availability or any question you would like to ask.

For those who are registered as members,

you can enroll the accommodation information from the “Reservation”

and other inquiries from the “Message”.

STEP3.

We will contact you in charge of various conditions such as price.

STEP4.

Reservation is completed after the final confirmation with the customer.

Reservation information can be checked online (My Page). Feel free to ask us about the itinerary, meals, and etc.

From check-in to check-out

Upon cancellation of a reservation, the customer will be charged a certain percentage of the total price of accommodation after the reservation is confirmed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel the reservation.
